I agree with comments on the lack of suppliers of wood/tools etc. seeming willing to come forward and do a bit of competitive trading. God preserve us if Woodie's is the best Ireland can do. On the tool front, I've spent bucketloads of cash, and all of it at Axminster and Rutlands. Even with carriage charges no Irish supplier comes close with price or availability.
